Durability
Our new X-Brace Span Stabilization System provides load distribution into the trussing resulting in greater structural rigidity to the span. Couple this with Headed Truss Rods and Wide-Stance pivot point and Towers and you create a unit sturdy enough to withstand even the most severe field conditions.

X-bracing of pipe supports provides the added strength and stability needed during operation.

Our wide stance design at Towers and Pivot Point (shown at right) builds a strong foundation for the overhead structure.
Our uni-knuckle flexes for smooth running on rough ground. This joint allows 18 degrees of tilt in any direction between pipe sections without stress on the pipe. And since the joint is entirely outside the pipe, there is no obstruction of water flow.

Versatility
Whether your needs are irrigation, chemigation, or both, Wade Rain builds the pipe to carry the payload. Our engineers have come up with a pipe design we think is second to none. We call it our EP coating system and here is how it works: The interior of our steel pipe is coated with an epoxy called NAP-GARD, a baked on material proven in chemical and petroleum industries for its excellent chemical-resistant qualities. This coating not only offers high resistance to corrosion and mineral build-up, but also provides less friction and increased flow efficiency over galvanized pipe.

Serviceability
Our engineering, combined with our R&D Dept. staff, have developed a pivot employing uniform components. It only follows that, by standardizing a machine's parts, you simplify its assembly and service, thereby creating a more efficient tool.

Our pipe systems are designed to use standard lengths of pipe offering a total span range (including pivot point and towers) of 123' to 203'.

Uniform truss Rod Lengths.. Makes component selection easier during assembly or replacement. Requires only one common truss rod for all span configurations.

Stainless Steel Components The use of Stainless Steel at various locations on the Wade Rain Pivot is a proven maintenance and safety advantage.
